Is there an app for Era Life?

No. Era Life is simple and elegant and designed for life on the go.

What are the differences between the Classic Era, Era Pro, and Era Life?

Era Life is designed to be simple. It doesn't connect with an app, and is focused on the basics. The table below highlights some key differences between other devices in the Era Collection. To learn more, click the device name below to view the product page.

How do I adjust the temperature setting?

You can adjust temperature on your Era Life device using the Pop and Click gesture

  1. Pop your pod up — no need to take it out all the way.
  2. Quickly drop your pod back down to advance to the next temperature (no need to push it in completely). The petals will glow to indicate the temperature that the device is set to.
  3. Do steps 1 and 2 repeatedly to continue cycling through the temperature settings. When you see your desired setting, click the pod back into place.

How do I check the battery level?

Unlike other PAX devices, you don't shake Era Life to check battery. Your battery level is displayed after each draw. Each petal represents 25% of the total charge.

  

When the battery is getting low, you'll see a low battery alert during and after your draw. This means your Era Life has less than 15% remaining battery and should be charged soon.



When the battery is below 5% remaining charge, you'll see a steady red light during and after your draw.

Where is the serial number located on my Era Life device?

You'll need the serial number to register your device or request warranty service. To locate your Era Life's serial, remove the pod and look into the device. You'll find the serial printed along the top of the pod bay in white.

What do the LED lights mean?

When inserting a pod, all four LEDs will flash once, then flash your current temperature setting.

 

Your Era Life's LEDs will light up and pulse randomly during your draw. The LEDs will stay lit for about ten seconds before slowly fading away and displaying your remaining battery charge.

 

When the battery is getting low, you'll see a low battery alert during and after your draw. This means your Era Life has less than 15% remaining battery and should be charged soon.

When the battery is below 5% remaining charge, you'll see a steady red light during and after your draw.

While connected to a power source using a micro-usb cable, the number of flashing LEDs indicates the current charge.

   

All four LEDs will display solid white once fully charged.

How do I use Era Life?

Era Life is designed to be simple. Just pop in a pod, and you're ready to go. Any Era Pod is compatible, but please note that smart features like ExpertTemp or app enabled features are not available for Era Life. Era Life does not feature any Bluetooth connectivity
